    NCAA minimums are the same everywhere but UW still has the stupid foreign language requirement that schools that THINK and CARE about winning do not.     There is also a thing with PE and teaching credits (specific to UW) that are screwy that have always caused problems with guys transferring from other states or JUCO programs.
    Yep UW doesn't accept PE credits, or only accepts them as electives, not towards an education major.

    Stupid question. What do they go by for someone like this who hasn't completed a transfer degree? His HS records or college?
