This year was a giant clusterfuck. An epic dumpster fire. Peter fucked it in every way possible.
Losses at home? Check. Losses to double digit dogs? Check. Blowing double digit leads? Check. Clock management fuck ups? Check. The entire team playing tight, not showing up, and not showing any energy? Check, check, check.
This entire season was an abject failure. Washington is quite possibly the biggest disappointment of any college football team.
Pete gets one shot to unfuck the situation.
We three all think he gets it done. Our faith is shaken, but we think this was a one time fuck up.

I’ll say this about Sark. He’s on his 2nd stint with Saban and I expect him to learn from it and grow as a coach.
Look at christoballz and Kiffin. Both spent time at Bama and look to be much better coaches their 2nd time around. -

Our offensive line, billed as at minimum the 2nd best in the conference and formidable nationally, is so bad you'd think there is friction among the players and coaches or that the whole unit is soft enough to lose games on their own.
Eason hasn't been great. His meltdown at BYU suggests he thinks the offense is a joke. But he should stop locking onto shitty corners.
The coaches have made the situation depressing. -

A brand new o-line next year with a coach that appears to suck, uncertainty at QB, no LB's to be excited about, Cam Williams is like 160 Lb's, the corners have regressed except for McDuffie, a grumpy ass-stubborn ass HC who everyone thinks will make the right adjustments. The defense can't tackle, they are MAX betas with a low pulse. But Jen Cohen is a hero.
He racked up wins during a time the PAC-12 sucked and is only mildly better now. Pete has like 7 years of data that his offense is total shit. He gave Soderberg a schollie.....imagine that.
Next year's schedule is atrocious. Home schedule has two good games and I don't even think Stanford is a big game other than the fact they own the dawgs.

I guess but we are coming off 3 straight 10+ win seasons. Yeah this year sucks but it happens, some years you over achieve and occasionally you will under achieve. You don’t fire a coach over one bad year especially when he’s a proven winner and his recruiting is improving every year. I think fans fail to realize how hard it is to find a good coach, I mean look at Texas and USC and how hard it’s been for them to find a good coach and they have all the resources in the world. What’s encouraging is Pete realizes he needs to make changes and he will this offseason. You gotta make the playoffs and beat Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, LSU, etc. It really actually is hard. You’re playing two games against the very best. It’s not likely to happen no matter who is coaching at UW.
I expect to win the PAC 12 at a good clip, win some Rose Bowl’s, not go 7-6 in a down year, etc. Any year that UW fail to win the PAC 12 or a New Year’s Bowl is a failure. -

Agree with all of this. 10+ wins should be expected as should winning the PAC 12 at a 33-50% rate. Another year like this and Pete really should be on the hot seat. It’s a big offseason and the offense needs to get fixed. That would bring excitement back to the program and I would guess our players wouldn’t seem so soft and weak willed. -
