Agree because Bone has had talent. He inherited a Klay Thompson, Castro and Moore who were all highly rated players and more than capable of going to a sweet 16. He never made the NCAA's with them in three years.Swaye said:

If you don't have good enough technique, whose fault is that?
If you have lots of injuries and nobody in the two deeps worth a fuck to replace them, whose fault is that?
If your team can't play at altitude, whose fucking fault is it?
If the assistant coaches can't teach for shit, whose fault?
You can run around and around with the fucking excuse matrix all damn day. But after you run yourself ragged making excuses, you come back to one immutable truth. The right Head Coach fixes all the aforementioned shit, and the 300 other things that need to be right to win Conference Championships and go to bowls other than the Macaroni and Cheese Bowl. If you get the HMFIC right, all the other shit will fall into place. Again, same drumbeat from us for years, and the tone deaf still don't fucking get it.
