Move Salvon to WR

Nah I would hate to see salvon be a bench warmer for Baccelia and Chin for his last seasons.
-
We(?) don’t play our good receivers over sr. JAGs, def won’t play a RB over them
-
Ahmed needs to play Chico
-
-
Have you seen him catch??? Him having good hands is a fucking myth.

BTP is literally a ML bot designed to copy DDY

It always the people who commit suicide voluntarily or announce they are leaving that scream how HH is dead... just like the spurned angry ex psycho girlfriend.
Thanks for reading guys! -
I thought the point to LEAVE-ing was to actually, you know, LEAVE.
If BTP is still reading our trash then he's not working on his grades or fixing his relationship with his parents or what-the-fuck-ever. Which is fine...but if that's the case just come back and stop being a little bitch about it.
Are you in or out? -
Crop your screenshots btp! It takes very little time and will help your brand be taken seriously!
This sloppiness is unbecoming! Fight on young slapper! -
Ive always said that Ahmed should have been spending 40+% of his time in the slot to generate problems with the defense's personnel packages.
Ahmed should have always been that guy, in combination with our TEs to make it so opposing defenses arent sure if we are going to spread or lineup in power run. Imagine a defense trying to send out their personnel package against Ahmed, Bryant, Otton and Newton/Mcgrew. You could power run it down their throats or split 4 wide and get Bryant and Ahmed in a mismatch against a LB.
instead the offense has been uncreative in using his athleticism and hiding his weaknesses...
That being said, Its too late in his career to expect they will do anything different with him. -
Golves are off

Anyone who cant see that Newton so far this year has been 3 times as good as Salvon is @GrandpaSankey blind
-
Ahmed has been good. If he’s not an every down back or the others are better, that’s fine, but he’s useful and should have a role.
-
Ahmed has been pretty good this year too. Although I don't know if it's PTDS from prior years but I still feel more comfortable though with Newton back there, even though he fumbled twice (!) last week and doens't have that HR threat Ahmed does.PostGameOrangeSlices said:Anyone who cant see that Newton so far this year has been 3 times as good as Salvon is @GrandpaSankey blind
It's a good problem to have. -
Are his fumbling problems well documented? 1 of the fumbles was on the exchange in the WildDick formation, right? That's not as egregious as the 2nd fumble.Gladstone said:

BTP's love affair with Salvon is awesome
I love talent and would love to see Ahmed be great but you are who you are -
"Uniformed" So what are the cliches wearing this week?
-
I'm not sure how much of this thread is serious, but I stand with BTP on this
-
Ahmed has been ok. I like the Newton/Mcgrew combination better because I feel more confident the play will go for decent positive yards and I like angry running but its whatever.RoadDawg55 said:Ahmed has been good. I think the frustration of Ahmed has always been more about feeling that the coaches should be getting more out of Ahmed by using him differently. Its amplified by the fact that both Newton and Mcgrew have shown to be more than competent as fill ins for how the staff has traditionally chosen to use Ahmed and the WRs have not been great. -
I like Newton better too and would love to see what he would do with 20 carries.Gladstone said:

I don't have a big opinion on Ahmed. He is what he is. I like the homerun potential that he brings, though (although it seems like he's been caught from behind a few times for supposedly being a burner).
That said, a lot of people sell McGrew short on what he brings. The guy always moves forward and moves the chains. Right now Ahmed, Newton, and McGrew are near-even on carries, although with Ahmed missing the last game. If anything, we learned from the BYU game that Ahmed is not as valuable as people make him out to be. -
Ahmed killed it freshman year doing the jet sweep. That's pretty much all he needs to do to be a serious weapon in the offense.
Use him like Oregon State used the Rogers brothers and move the fuck on. -
The “Ahmed over Newton” narrative at this point feels like a collective attempt to protect DDY’s scouting reputation. Ahmed was labeled the messiah with offers from Bama, etc. while Newton was someone undeserving of an offer and further evidence to fire Boner. Never mind the clear results we’ve seen so far this season.

And if by "who you are" means "I like to run into my blockers and go down the second someone touches me", then NAILED IT!RaceBannon said:BTP's love affair with Salvon is awesome

Sorry BTP. You are still WRONG!!! -
Why do you hate talented people does it make you feel uncomfortable?

Ahmed is talented...at the jet sweepbackthepack said:Why do you hate talented people does it make you feel uncomfortable?

Why do you support soft running backs? Does it make you feel comfortable? -
I think the frustration has been that people thought he'd be a better running back.Houhusky said:
