If there's money to be had in switching over, rest assured, they would be doing so. You have got to be kidding me. No one, and I mean no one with any ounce of sense or decency that has read the Kyoto agreement from cover to cover can tell anyone it was only about MMGW. It was a power grab and everyone knows it. BO didn't even have the balls to sign his name to that garbage. When Bush failed to ratify the agreement it was because he knew we didn't want to be run by a bunch of failed socialist leaders. Hell, even Canada withdrew. Paris accord was even worse.
