Chris Steele grilled by DOJ IG investigators in June for 16 hrs.

The interview was contentious at first, according to two people familiar with the matter, but investigators ultimately found his testimony credible and even surprising.

The takeaway has irked some U.S. officials interviewed as part of the probe — they argue that it shouldn’t have taken a foreign national to convince the inspector general that the FBI acted properly in 2016.
Sounds like Trumptards won’t like the results of this investigation... -

We've been through this countless times but we can always revisit. No doubt many were disappointed that Mueller felt his scope was so limited he investigated a pre-agreed conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the GRU, something no one alleged happened. The fact he investigated something no one alleged happened and found enough evidence that he couldn't exonerate members of the campaign is very concerning for the country. That he found countless examples of collusion and documents multiple instances of obstruction of justice are extremely concerning. Shocking that not a single word in the report was redacted for counter-intel purposes so the ongoing counter-intel investigation as well as the multiple other investigations spawned from the SC investigation will hopefully lead us closer to the truth this president and his team continue to try and conceal.RaceBannon said:

Found this part of the article particularly compelling. Bertrand is a good journalist and has written many good pieces on the ongoing investigation.
But the extensive interview with Steele, and the investigators’ sense that he offered new and important information, may dampen expectations among the president’s allies who’ve claimed that Steele’s sensational dossier was used improperly by the bureau to “spy” on the campaign.
Page had been on the FBI’s radar since 2013, when he interacted with undercover Russian intelligence agents in New York City. A trip to Moscow in the summer of 2016 further aroused the bureau’s suspicions, according to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant the FBI got approved in October 2016, allowing the bureau to intercept his electronic communications.
Steele’s defenders have noted that the information he provided which made it into the FISA warrant application to monitor Page was not far off. According to Steele’s sources, Page met with high-level Russian officials while in Moscow in July 2016, including the CEO of Russia’s state-owned oil giant Rosneft.
Page denied the claim publicly until pressed under oath by lawmakers in 2017, when he acknowledged meeting “senior members of the presidential administration” during his trip, as well as the head of investor relations at Rosneft. Page had originally claimed only that he went to Moscow to give the commencement address at the New Economic School. -

Shocking, Hondo the pathological liar lies.
About 77 percent of public school teachers today are female.
Despite the attention given to the need to recruit more teachers of color, little progress has been made in diversifying the profession. Overall, the percentage of White teachers has declined slightly from 84 percent in 1999-2000. In 2015–16, about 80 percent of public school teachers were White, 9 percent were Hispanic (an increase of 3 percent since 2000), 7 percent were Black, 2 percent were Asian, and 1 percent were of two or more races.
This is why you're a pathological liar Hondo and not just a guy who gets things wrong. Even now after all these months you're still lying your ass off about this.

What we do know for certain is that Hillary paid a foreign national, who received what we're now told was most likely Russian disinformation, from Russians who were connected to the Kremlin in order to impact the campaign and Mueller never looked into any of that.
We already know that the FBI acted inappropriately in their investigation of Trump. There have been people fired and demoted on account of their inappropriate actions. What we still don't know is how big a role the Russian disinformation, paid for by Hillary and the DNC, played in the investigation of Trump's campaign. -

If I were a shitbird like you. I'd spam the board with this quote every fucking post you have for the next couple years. Lil lyin Bob.SFGbob said:
And yet Page, the target of the wiretap and spying was never charged with anything. Mueller was charged with looking into Russian interference with our election, not just a pre-agreed conspiracy between Trump and the Russian. You pulled that claim squarely out of your ass.GDS said:
How did the Muellertards like theirs?GDS said:The takeaway has irked some U.S. officials interviewed as part of the probe — they argue that it shouldn’t have taken a foreign national to convince the inspector general that the FBI acted properly in 2016.
Sounds like Trumptards won’t like the results of this investigation...
