    Question for the bored: if the bill doesn't impose liability on pregnant women, why then does it provide them this affirmative defense?:

    A woman sought an abortion because she reasonably believed that an abortion was the only way to prevent a medical emergency.

    Why would she even require an affirmative defense if the bill doesn't impose any liability on her under any circumstances?
