Unless McDaniels is a for sure generational talent ala Zion, John Wall, Kevin Durant (he's not) there is NO WAY you should take him over the reigning conference player of the year.

Literally all of our games are nationally televised except when they are on Larry Scott’s shit show and we didn’t have many of those.
If I were the blazers I wouldn't even give him a roster spot
I know you are being sarcastic but I would draft Thybulle over Nowell... And then hope I can teach Thybulle to stand and shoot the corner 3 in the next 2 years.
A legitimate, long, elite defender who can guard 1-3 coming off the bench as a specialist should have appeal.
Justin Holiday is still kicking around the NBA somehow.
Thybulle could be a solid bench player like what Al Faruque Aminu would be on a contender.
Nowell is simply overplaying his hand and will be in the G League in 2 years if he goes pro.
