I sent my kids to private school. They got a good education. Very few problem students. Petty good teachers. I was adding up the total tuition for a class at my kids school and it was far less than what was spent on an average Kali public school class. The state spent 3 times the money and didn't even have sports programs. Triple the money for poorer outcomes in terms of education and grades.
Public schools costs have skyrocketed do to vast increases in "middle management". Large numbers of teachers working as supervisors instead of teaching. Last I saw it was one supervisor for every 3 teachers. It used to be a principal and a vice principal at an average grade school. -
