I've also heard some pretty radical ideas which include tying in teacher compensation to their eventual graduates lifetime earnings. If the Throbber knew he was going to get a residual, say 1/8% of every little turder flusher lifetime income...damn straight that would be an incredible career option. Wouldn't be that difficult to do either with blockchain technology coming into play. For sure you'd get the best and brightest instead of fuckheads slightly above mall security guards.

I see absolutely no problems with incenting the best and brightest to professions with the most need. If you don’t like the residual income concept, come up with some other compelling method to motivate young professionals for choose career path A vs Career Path B. Money is usually a pretty good carrot.
