Airplanes go even faster and move in the air...but it costs more and now adds 2 hours onto the flight time.

High speed rail is for Contractors, Politicians with edifice complexes and fact free Greeners void of critical thought.

I'm pretty sure most voters in Central valley would prefer the aqueduct tunnels get built instead of a high speed rail.
