How do you define a successful season for Eason?

Eason played as a true freshman for Georgia in 2016 (threw 55.1% for 2430 yards, 16 TD, 8 INT, for 120.3 rating), sat out in 2017, transferred in, and lead our scout offense in 2018.
What are your expectations for Eason this year? Are you looking for certain passer stats or offensive stats? Are you going to measure success by wins and losses? And if so, what threshold constitutes a successful season for our new QB?

Stats are for loosers. Win or GTFO.

Wins and losses. Stats (individual) are for losers like Conner Halliday.
As long as Eason uses his big brass balls to win close games & not blow leads, that's all that matters IMHO. -
Strong signal calling, and moral support as Haener leads us to a Natty.

Fuck you and your 53 seconds, @BennyBeaver.

If the team wins I will give him credit for being a great quarterback because I'm a doog regardless of his actual performance.
He will be successful if he fulfills his role in the offense, whatever that is. This includes not turning the ball over frequently and constantly losing yards because he wilts under pressure. If he game manages us to victories, great. If he is the star who throws incredible balls that win games for us that is great too. He just had better not make us worse and cost us games. -
Make the playoffs with this charmin soft schedule.

Anything less than undefeated and a NY6 victory is failure.

With our defense, we are going to be close in every game (at a minimum, of course blow some teams out). Browning never could grind out a win in a game that was a hard fought game. When the offensive line wasn't the best and/or the ground game never got going.
A successful season for Eason is for him to win those grind it out games. If not then he goes on the same shit pile as Browning.
I don't expect his stats to be great honestly. He couldn't throw over 60% at Georgia, I'm not expecting that here. Which is fine if he makes those 3 or 4 throw a game that he has to for the W. -
I think throwing darts and frozen ropes in the red zone will have a more positive impact on our wins and loss total than scrambling backwards to get out of field goal range will.

Sounds like you like browningBennyBeaver said:Stats are for loosers. Win or GTFO.
