Unless he changes his name to Cooper Franklin and shows up with a white mom or finds a Poly uncle and becomes Troy Franklin-Pola we won’t offer.

Which is fucking bullshit. We’re not going to go offer or even go after the number 1 recruit in California for basically three years with 2019, 2020 (DJ Uiagalelei), 2021 -
Yup, we would’ve offered by now and not let Bama and others get in first if we were going to seriously pursue him. The coaches have probably seen him play in person more than any other non-local 2021 WR.

JFC. There are these things called grades that sometimes kids have to work on in order to get an offer from UW. Not saying that's the case here but it happens. He's only a Sophomore. Most offers are still made when guys are Juniors.
