The calls for tryouts in Seattle are already here.
If you don't want an overrated, washed up QB with no playing time in the last 5 years, you're a racist.
Kaep would be perfect for leftist woke 12's.
There could be a crowd protest of social justice at the end of the third quarter like at Wisconsin. Maybe something nice by Kneel Young on the PA playing.
Kneel down [3x] Kneel down, kneel down and get down . Kneel [18x]
Says he's been working out the last 5 years and is ready to go. Wait by your phone buddy, I'm sure that call is coming any minute.
Just a wild guess-- he's doing this so he can sue somebody
He already did and the NFL paid him. I’m sure he got a lot of money.
Five years ago, he was certainly one of the top 64 QB’s and deserved a job. However, he had not played well enough to be a starter and he wouldn’t take the minimum and compete for a back up job. There are also the coaches and GM’s to consider and they don’t want big media sessions everyday about how their back up QB is doing. Idiots that know nothing about how the NFL works cry about how he was so wronged. It’s simply not true.

Same with Tebow. He was a huge distraction for a backup QB. Can you say Antonio Brown?

Tebow sucked and could barely throw. Keeper Nick did everything a QB needs to do better than him. Antonio Brown is still a top 25 WR but is insane, although Arians is a punk himself.
Kap doesn’t want to play that badly. If he did he’d be in the league right now. He’s asking for way too much money and not budging on his asking price that way at least he can say he’s trying but why put your body through the grind for a minimum contract when you can be a pariah and a martyr for just as much? He doesn’t even have to speak and can make his money. Don’t you think a team would love to virtue signal right now by giving him a contract? I didn’t give a shit with his take a knee stance, I always just thought he was a douche. Now I don’t even dislike him for doing this, it’s everyone else covering for him or buying his bullshit.
In what world do you successfully sue your former employer for millions then go back to work for that same employer? I'm not saying Kaepernick shouldn't have sued. On the contrary.
Kaepernick in my opinion did the right thing by suing, and won. But he had to know he also lost in that it ended his professional playing career. Every poster on this board has a better chance of suiting up for an NFL franchise than Kaepernick does at this point.

You're saying he can't go back to the well in an attempt to appear relevant?

Agreed except that I still dislike him. Not somebody I'd want to ride along with on a cross country drive.

The lawsuit was a fraud, the NFL is woke and just wanted him to go away. If I were an owner of a team, why would I want a an anti-American communist whose policies were going to, and did, result in thousands of dead blacks and the destruction of several major cities? That's hardly collusion.

I understand but I see this at work with bad employees that skate along forever and at some point you have to blame the enablers.

Might be unpopular but I loathe Tebow worse than Kap

Then when he fails miserably because he’s ass, he will once again blame it on his advocacy. Guy is toxic.
No one really believes hes getting no opportunity because of racism.
But they really need an excuse to push their agenda and he's happy to be right there in the middle of it.
