Stars don't have a lot of guys with experience and it cost them tonight by getting down 4-0 before scoring 3 unanswered ... wouldn't surprise me if they win in 7.

Flagged for lack of Sharks in 6.

Also, my Winterhawks are looking good for the repeat WHL championship.

Sharks aren't winning in 6 since that means winning the series in LA ... if they win the series they'll win in 7.

Biggest problem they have in the series is that they are at a decided disadvantage in the net ... which is a huge issue if they end up getting to Game 7 because in a one game situation, it often comes down to which goalie is better.

The best chance that the Sharks have of winning the series is to dominate the series from a skating standpoint ... but the teams are relatively even from a skating standpoint and the Kings defense will always make sure that they don't let Thornton, Marleau, and Pavelski get on a roll.

As for the Winterhawks, Kelowna is Jamie Benn tuff.

Sharks have won a series against the Kings in a game 6 in LA. Thornton scored in OT and sled across the crown at center ice.

Quick needs to get his shit together so I can be right.

I didn't realize Toews was so fucked up right before playoffs. Blues might just beat the fuck out of them this year.

7 goals is ridiculous even with bad D. My Avs gave up almost 50 shots today and lost 1-0 in OT.

Just about every single goal I saw last night from the Sharks was an odd man situation where Quick got left out to dry ...

My expectation would be that if the Kings provide any kind of defense in front of him tomorrow, Quick will show up with a win ... much like the Stars did tonight in cleaning up in front of Lehtonen.

He's still gotta get in front of more pucks than that. It's your classic case of abundance. The defense sucks and the goalie isn't playing well.

No doubt that he COULD play a little better ... but given what is going on in front of him, you are still looking at 3-4 goals which is too much as it is.

One thing I've learned over the years is that while goalies can steal a game here and there ... ultimately, they are as good as the guys in front of them.

I'd like to congratulate Ryan Getzlaf for being FS by whining about physical play and in particular opponents "targeting" him and his broken jaw.

How the fuck did his pussy ass win a Stanley Cup?

water is wet, and the sharks are for real. For all the talk a couple years ago about how their cupboard was bare and their window had closed, their young homegrown guys have been awesome and the older vets are playing like this is their year.

I have no problem admitting that I missed on the San Jose series. The Kings have owned them for the last few years.

I'm not sure at this point that I would change any of my other picks. Going down 0-2 put both the Blackhawks and Stars in a tough spot, but wins tonight to even the series would lead me to sticking with both picks.

I'm going to end up going 4-4 in the East.

Stars win the series versus the Ducks - too much speed for the Stars and too many sandy vaginas for the pond scum.

And congrats to Ryan Getzlaf for being a big enough pussy to be a scratch in the playoffs. Way to lead your team by complaining about how tough Game 3 was and then no show for Game 4.

And congrats to Corey Perry for being a pussy ass fake tough guy who tries to talk a good game but gets his shit handed to him when he fights someone that actually knows how to throw them - http://www.hockeyfights.com/fights/124024?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter

See: Corey Perry vs. Douglas Murray (when he was with the Sharks). comical

It's easy to post the shit that I get wrong but nobody remembers the shit I get right.

The Kings have been better than the Sharks the last 3 years ... although owning is not accurate. The Kings are 7-3-5 against the Sharks during the regular season (19 points) while the Sharks are 8-6-1 (17 points). The Sharks have been able to keep it rather close due to the fact that they are one of the better OT/SO teams in the league.

I was 100% wrong about that series - didn't see that one coming - particularly since the Kings were 3-1-1 against the Sharks this year. Sharks look healthy and the Kings look beat up and ready to trade some pieces away to freshen things up.

The sharks can't win series in LA (they have)

The Kings own the sharks (even last year it went to 7 games)

Corey Perry is a pussy (water is wet)

He was even wrong about the Winterhawks. One game away from the Western Conference Threepeat.
