It’s an attack on your silly argument that the “achievement gap” is any meaningful measure, using mediocre test results from “conservative” districts to declare victory. This leveling down to mediocre impulse is what you gals usually call “socialism”. Detroit has no achievement gap; all the kids perform miserably. #winning?
