Iowa Oline guy, GA’d at SDSU (the one Vinarteri went to) looks like he’s been with DeBoner since his NAIA days, coached OL first.
Looks like he analyzes offenses from the box, outward, while guys like DeBoner (typically) look at offenses from outside the box, coverage schemes, then will address the box.

He was a good compliment to the offense in the past, moving from OL to QB is interesting.. but looks like DeBoner will be very instrumental in calling the offense with this hire, not a guy you give the reigns to
