Seems to check the boxes. Very experienced at many levels, including NFL, experience in "recruiting administration" and noted as a recruiter, and some success with his units. I like him.

Could even be a recruiting upgrade. He has a lot of recruiting plusses on his resume. Malloe seemed to completely strike out every other year.
