This is sort of useless because old models do not account for the MASSIVE shift in the electorate in the last decade plus. VA wasn't a blue state 20 years ago. It is a solidly blue state now. I am under no illusions, a clean sweep at the state level is unlikely to ever happen again. Population growth in the cities ensures it. But libs gaining power and then overplaying their hand (woke sjw stuff, gun control, new taxes, etc.), coupled with Biden's epically bad Presidency, is the reason last night happened.

Liberals have deluded themselves into believing a hatred of Trump was actual support of a progressive agenda. It wasn't. There is support at the margins for a few parts of the socialist agenda, but Americans reject the whole enchilada.
