So, I'm an gas refiner who has an after tax net income of about 10% of gross revenue. So, I'm sitting on a million barrels of oil that that I bought for $50 a barrel. To buy my next million barrels of oil at $100 a barrel I need $100 million. I get my money from selling refined gas. So, I need to sell my $50 million of existing inventory for $105 million so I get my 10% profit and my $100 million for new inventory.
