What will they call it on the field? "Un-sportsman like conduct" seems rather harsh for what many could claim is nothing more than free speech in search of smack. How about "15 yards for Antebellum conduct" which might put the N-word infraction in proper cultural context? For those of you who think this lame attempt to make professional football more civilized is needed, consider the $Billions in payroll generated by the NFL. Far far better than what Antebellum's king cotton could ever have hoped to become.

This rule is just another attempt by rich white men to keep the black man down. Black players are at least 10 times more likely to use that word than white players. I do not support all these extra flags targeted at African Americans.
