Didn't read the thread. Just the title. That's how I roll these days.
Listened to it. He's terrible. Just terrible.
The quintessential example of the insincere, 'plug and play', politician. Every word a perfunctory nothing statement about nothing, committing to do things that are impossible, more nothing, inaccurately describing nothing, and more nothing.
And, his delivery sucked. He obviously slurs his words, which means he's drunk, drugged up or senile. He sounds weak and about to die.
Over/under that guy croaks while in office?
Worst choice of POTUS in my life-tim. He may end up doing some good things (Afghanistan), which will be entirely cancelled out by the tax hikes.
But, then again, I could do some good things. Should I be POTUS?
Terrible. Just a terrible selection by the party, and by the electorate.
An interesting take. Imagine being the guy who would lose to such a subpar candidate.

Any of you Bidentards want to tell us how you grow an economy from the bottom? If trickle down doesn't work explain how trickle up works please
Or just deflect, deny and ignore per usual
#Keynes
#Keynes Marx. Fixed it for you.
Keynes was a capitalist. He even stated, in plain English that he was on the side of the capitalists: ... But he also understood that unfettered capitalism could actually undermine its own existence and lead to socialism.
In your own words, Gasbag, explain how Joe's plan is not Keynsian, but is actually Marxist.

What does that have to do with anything?
Does that make Biden not a dementia addled piece of shit corrupt racist? How?

I believe the jury is still waiting on how we build the economy from the bottom up. Raise taxes on the poor? Enlighten us

Your taxes wouldn't rise. Mine would.
I specifically asked how the economy will be grown with trickle up referring to Biden's retarded tweet that wasn't mean. As I suspected there is no answer but that doesn't slow you down does it?

You do realize that increasing taxes on those that make $$$ (we aren’t talking just about the ultra rich) to be able to increase programs and income supplements at the bottom is just a fancy way of saying “wealth redistribution”

Government control of the economy. That's socialist, not Keynsian. So dazzler, you tell me how having the government control our energy policy, medical policy, our public schools isn't socialist. Don't hurt yourself. Put your mythical MBA to use and tell me how confiscatory taxation won't effect investment decisions.
The 20th Century economic boom didn't begin in 1983, no matter what you all keep telling yourselves. Biden is proposing a return to what became mainstream economics from 1933 through about 1979, a period that saw reasonably prosperous and and large middle class arise in this country and elsewhere.
Of course, Gasbag seems to think that was Marxism.

Biden is pandering to the lowest denominator (that's you) with the usual class envy bullshit.
But here is your chance to line out what he is (isn't) proposing that will take us back to the halcyon days of Jim Crow
I was alive in 1979 and reasonably prosperous was a term you didn't hear. At all

"Government control of the economy." No. That isn't the case. You're simply getting hysterical.
"Confiscatory taxation." No. Not even close. More hysteria.
And you don't want "government control" of public schools? How does that work?
To the extent you don't want any government energy policy, I disagree. But having one isn't Marxist.
To the extent you are arguing that universal health care is socialist, it can be. But single payer isn't socialist and the first adopter of universal health care on a large scale was Otto Von Bismarck--noted socialist.

Interesting how you need a change in the tax law in order to do something that you claim you already want to do.

Yeah, all we need to do in order to return to those glory days is use the military to destroy the industrial capacity of every major economic competitor. Of course Dazzler is so fucking stupid he think our tax policy explains our post WWII economic growth.
