The people at Jonestown did not drink Kool Aid. They drank an imitation known as Flavor Aid.

Kool Aid has been getting an undeserved bad rap for 35 years.

I agree. The kid is an intimidator and enforcer in the backfield and plays the run like a fucking beast. I lack the expertise to truly know if he sucks in coverage ... for all I know what look like his mistakes could be someone else's. That said, you can work on things like that. Fuck they drafted Taylor Mays in the 1st and it was obvious he wasn't exactly a ball hawk at USC, and it is exactly why he doesn't start in the NFL (last I was aware anyway) ... watched that HBO special covering the Bungles during training camp and Mays is a disaster against the pass, which wasn't a secret in college in either. Plays for the big hit and is a physical tackler, which he should be because he's big enough to be a LB.

Parker seems like no worse than Mays in my humble and uninformed opinion.

I just know the kid made opposing receivers and tight ends think about catching a pass across the middle and seems to have the size and athleticism to be an NFL safety. At least a back up.

A former player told me Sark sold out Polk and Foster. Wouldn't surprise me one bit.

He's a chicken cocksucker like that.

I know Parker isn't great in coverage, but he sure seemed like an NFL player to me. At the worst, he would be a special teams demon. I actually think he would be a good back up safety and a good special teamer for the Seahawks. Right now they have Maragos and Shead as the back ups.

The combine plays no bearing on whether or not the Seahawks take Parker. It is everyone else where that matters. Carroll has a great understanding of who is available in the Pac-12.

    To gain what, exactly.

    Not doubting it, just curious.

Polk has yet to beat out brown, in a chip Kelly offense were Polk is an amazing receiver. He may not be that great as an NFL back, just sayin

Small. Slow. Looked great against the weak sisters of the poor. Against the Oregons and LSUs, got abused.

Look at it this way: Parker was smaller, slower, and less productive than Glenn, who was a UDFA and early cut.

Parker is way better than Glenn and I remember him making a couple nice plays in the first half against LSU.

I'm still trying to decide what's the best thing to come out of Waco; Dave, Baylor's current offense, or the Piccadilly's Circus Pizza?

Parker is definitely better than Glenn. I liked Glenn but it isn't very close.
