Again, how do you give a guy two weeks to prepare for a trial?

How do you impeach a guy who is no longer president?

Everyone quit his team. Even the lawyers know it's not a winning situation.

He wanted them to argue his stolen election bullshit. No lawyer worth a damn is going to make that argument before the Senate or a court.

Well, my post goes both ways. I purposely kept it vague and people take it the way they want it.

But the real truthful part that people overlook is that trump has a history of shafting what he owes.

Recently he verbalized threats to not pay guilani ... why would any lawyer take an honest account of what's happening and say to themselves "yeah this is worth the risk ..."

They practice in fucking South Carolina. Representing Daddy didn’t present a career threat. They just weren’t willing to go to the floor and argue a frivolous claim.

It does if they get their family attacked which has been happening. You don't see the GOP showing up at people's homes like the left does

You’d think an attorney would think of asking for a retainer

Yeah we have seen the frivolous claim/accusation from you rats before. Like Russian collusion and the left denying that Trump's campaign HQ was wire tapped. Or how about Trump claiming during the election that that idiot biden would shut down fracking and the rats claiming it was a lie?

You can stop with the "frivolous" bullshit. You people lie way too much to listen to that crap.

There is and was lots of evidence of contact between Daddy's campaign and Russia. You should actually read the Mueller Report sometime. Bill Barr's "summary" is only the Classic Comics version at best.

There is absolutely no evidence that the 2020 Presidential election was stolen. None. Nada. Zip.

Anyone who says otherwise is lying or nuts.

Edit: I see nuts has weighed in. Twice, so far.

I'm sure they did, and that's why the issue has to be their disagreement about what would be presented.

I don't know how the new lawyers propose to do the dance between a crazy client's whims and their ethical obligations.

That’s true, they go to the US capitol instead. Much less intrusive.

So the accused has no voice in his defense? I expected that from you.

Are you actually this ignorant about what a lawyer can present to a court?

Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are likely to face sanctions.

Rudy was always more careful about what he said to any court. Not so much what he said to the press, of course, which is why he's being sued.
