    Chris Langan is, arguably, the smartest man in the world. His IQ is remarkably somewhere between 195-210, according to testing. This is much higher than other popular intellectuals, like Stephen Hawking . Yet, Chris is also quite shunned or ignored by the establishment.

    Pence will simply refuse to count the contested states electoral votes and Trump is president. Cheat and shit don't count! You need to read up a little on how this all works. Ask Ben Franklin.

    My understanding is that Pence will actually appoint his own electors and count THOSE, thus certifying Trump on Jan 6th as opposed to Biden.

    It's covered by more than that section and specifically in the constitution.
    Amendment 12 just says basically Biden won by majority. I doubt you are smart enough to read that law I linked, but you can try.
