If Trump somehow hangs on and the senate is maintained they need to push for a constitutional amendment that limits the SC to 9 seats and threaten to pack the courts themselves if the amendment isn't passed in the first 12 months.
I normally agree that not much changes quickly, but if the SC packing stuff ever actually happened it would put the US governmental system in a dangerous place. -

The WH and congress will be blue and both the executive and legislative branches will be looking to punish opponents and supporters. This coming administration will be about revenge, with Joe giving talking points, crafted and driven by Harris, AOC, Omar, etc etc. These people want to fundamentally change the US and they are coming after your money, your rights, and your property to get it done.
