Jaden Wayne is vastly superior to Smalls as a high school prospect. He’s at least getting some sacks. He’s also a good WR.
It’s Par for the course for Ecklund he consistently uses latent racist terms to describe young African American players who he feels will not sign with UW, he did the same to Smalls at one time using the word “thug”. Honestly he consistently uses “dog whistles”. He is trying to defend himself by pointing to the fact he didn’t say the same about JTT, Emeka, & Connelly. The big difference he thought UW had a chance until the end with all 3. We are so far from Alabama, Georgia, etc. We very well could be a middle of the conference PAC 12 team.
The AD and upper campus are broken. Petersen won though, and if DeBoer is a good to great coach he will too.
