To clarify, I'm giving these to the top 23 donors however that lays out, so if someone donates $130 and someone else donates $129 then $130 donor gets the cutter if they are the 23rd donor. Tie breaker goes to who donated first if they are the same amount. Good tim to add a few bucks to the kitty to ensure you are above the crowd baseline.
