Microsoft wtf are you doing with Tik Tok?
Every social media stock that comes new onto the scene has the reverse Moore's Law Semiconductor Parameter's (twice the computing power and half the cost in 18 months)
Only for them, it's half their value and twice the expenses when the next social media new kid on the block comes to market.
How does tik tok fit into what they have in any way shape or form?

imagine being able to show off your awesome excel skilz via tiktok.
Even old people in my company are down
Skype was a MS acquisition quite a few years ago and didn't really do shit for years. Or at least IDNGAF about Skype.
I have no clue what he's trying to do with Tiktok, but he has earned the benefit of the doubt in my opinion.
Most internal stuff is through teams. All files I moved to SharePoint/teams. Just lovely.
Probably should put more security in but my owners complain lol so fuck it. Im moving companies anyway in the next couple months
.net is bomb.
It's still not fully mature but they are cranking out improvements like weekly
Microsoft to tik-tok: "Hey at least one of our business arms in X-Box is about interactive games being played by people who interact with each other"
Oracle to tik-tok: "Hold my beer"
If I was a Oracle shareholder, I would be extrememly concerned about them spending 10's of billion of dollars buying tik-tok. What are they saying about the businesses they are currently in and their ability to compete and win them?
Stock price says the shareholders are happy
No reorg necessary. Let them keep doing their thing and sit back and monetize every single American child who is old enough to hold an iphone. Better letting Larry have it than Xi.
Monetizing 30 second videos of alvin and the chipmunks voice overs of peoples pets, kids and cursing each other out would be very tough to monetize I would think.
I’m no expert, but they use a person’s data to target them for certain ads. It’s probably the best way available to market to kids under 21.
It’s a projection, but TikTok is supposedly going to go from 1 billion in revenue to 6 billion next year. The only real danger is something new comes along and TikTok becomes obsolete.
