Five dead in not Ohio. I'm generally presuming that if you die in "residence" that you were in hospice and basically terminal and with a no resuscitation order. The 251st death seems an outlier. If we had a functioning press in either the US or Portland, we would know more. If this was a healthy 35 year old, the 254th death would be the lead story on the evening news.
Oregon’s 250th COVID-19 death is a 77-year-old man in Wasco County who tested positive on June 27 and died on July 15 at OHSU Hospital. He had underlying conditions.
Oregon’s 251st COVID-19 death is a 72-year-old man in Umatilla County who tested positive on July 8 and died on July 14, in his residence. He had no known underlying medical conditions.
Oregon’s 252nd COVID-19 death is a 99-year-old man in Marion County who tested positive on July 8 and died on July 15, in his residence. He had underlying medical conditions.
Oregon’s 253rd COVID-19 death is an 82-year-old woman in Clackamas County who tested positive on July 6 and died on July 16, in her residence. She had underlying medical conditions.
Oregon’s 254th COVID-19 death is a 35-year-old woman in Multnomah County who tested positive on July 6 and died on July 11, in her residence. She had underlying medical conditions.
As I said, obfuscating about something that is actively getting worse.
Cite when the deaths occurred
Pointless. you'll make the same argument for the deaths that are occurring now but in 2 weeks when they are reported. Deaths will continue to rise for weeks to come and when we finally turn the corner maybe begin to come down in a month of 2. You will continue to not care, just like you don't care now.
But cite the date when the record deaths in Texas reported yesterday occurred!!!!!

Why haven't the Blue State Governors cured this Pandemic yet?

This is limited weeks 6-23, ~4,300 excess "pneumonia and influenza" deaths over the average for the limited time frame.
It will be interesting to see how many total excess deaths will occur over the next year or two.
But cite the date when the record deaths in Texas reported yesterday occurred!!!!!
