Spears tweeted a bunch of UW emojis yesterday when he said he had an announcement so I thought he might be committing, its just hard to care at this point
When us the last time we had a db class with no blue chip recruits? I'm guessing early Sark or Ty years
Would not be surprised if Spears and/or McCutcheon get a 4th star.
They might on 247, but probably not on composite. They are currently #26 and #27 on 247 so they would probably get a 4th star if they stay there but it doesnt sound like other schools are beating down their doors
5'9-5'10 doesn't mean you can't have a 4th star. And who gives a shit really. He's the same player whether he gets a 4th star or not. He has a hell of an offer list, his dad and grandpa were NFLers, and he looks like a great nickel corner. Doog gonna doog here. I support this commitment.
Looking at who we have landed so far on defense, they aren't sexy pick ups but they are perfect fits for our defensive scheme. I really like the pick ups on that end, the offense is where i'm concerned.

Well, I guess I'm happy to say that this is the kind of UW commit that I have totally come to expect the Huskies to land, and that I'm not really excited by it.

This fanbase is so fucking miserable. We get what appears to be a solid DB recruit with a damn good offer list and the talk immediately goes to his arbitrary star value not being good enough. Where's that Pete gif?

Usually I would agree but I understand why people aren't the most excited after that gut punch of losing Troy to a rival. That takes time to get over.

How solid to O is Troy really?
Once Oregon lands Worthy and Thornton, pretty solid. Oregon could have 4 incoming high 4 star receivers to pair with Pittman.

Holding on to all 4 would seem unlikely. Not saying Troy decommits, but I would bet one will.
