    Daniels transferred to Georgia. So I guess he is a dog, but a bulldog. And he has to sit out a year. I don’t see him winning the starting job next year.

    Eason - he will be cut by indy and get reinstated. We will go 7-5 and Eason won't be drafted

    I could give a shit who starts. Just be good. My guess is Garners will probably give us the best chance to win and grow during the season, but that’s simply based off high school.

    Sirmon looks like a great QB, but I will always be skeptical of a guy that throws 6 picks and goes 7-30 in high school, especially when he plays for a program that consistently wins.

    If Garbers starts, Sirmon LEAVES. Not that Sirmon lights my fire but 3 >2. One has Four years of HS under his belt and the other is a six footer with no experience. Forget his 4 stars, Morris might be Jake Haener.

    Height is overrated at college quarterback. In fact, seems to me things are trending more toward shorter, quicker quarterbacks (they're not the majority, but it seems like there are more of them playing at a high level in D1 and NFL every year). Give me the guy who's accurate, tough in the pocket, and doesn't do stupid fucking shit. Sirmon may look like an NFL quarterback, but he wasn't an Elite-11 finalist. Morris was. That may not mean shit, but I wouldn't be surprised if it does.

    I'm not stocking enough teen bois to know shit about any of the QBs, but I do know this: BOTH Sirmon and Morris were beaten out by Haener, but at least Morris had the excuse of being 18 at the time. Garbers played in the far tougher high school league than either and put up better numbers than either. With a new HC, new OC, and new offense, this is truly a wide open competition, so my expectations since Skinny hired an agent have been 50% Garbers, 30% Morris, 20% Sirmon.

    Who's going to quit like a bitch if he loses the job has zero impact on who I want to see win it. There are walk-ons who can replace bitch quitters.

    The best scenario is that Sirmon is good and holds the job this year and next.

    I have a feeling Garbers will be the best player of the three on the roster by a wide margin. He wont have a lot of time to prove it and take the job though. Not if theres a 2020 season.

    The only thing Haener beat Sirmon at was finishing the transfer window. Sirmon couldn't even transfer out when he tried. We screwed

    So Garbers and Dylan whoever better be good.
    We screwed again.

    Everyone is putting their hopes on Huard a year later - quick name a Huard that has taken the UW to the promised land?
