In response to offering players with shitty offers Kim says “I tend to be a glass half full guy. I'm intrigued, interested, and curious about what they see and what I'm missing.” Maybe there’s nothing every other coach/talent evaluator is missing. The player just stinks. Is it pure stupidity or an urge to keep things positive? I can never be sure
