Without the release of the video do they get charged?
Probably not. I don't know how the investigation was going prior to the release of the video but after its release it definitely lit a fire under someone in authority's ass.

Blocking off the street and holding a gun, then following the person to the other side of the car is never a good look. These guys don't stand a chance thankfully.
Small dick white NRA members everywhere are certain the jogger is guilty of something and so these white guys were just exercising their 2nd amendment rights...
I'll say it again: overly enthusiastic neighborhood watch, and a loaded gun. What could possibly go wrong?
When you're on your property, do what you have to do to defend your castle. But fuck. Don't fucking chase people you suspect of property crimes with a fucking gun. Just fucking don't do that. Even if you're right, it's not worth the risk to everybody involved.
I grew up with and around guns. All the men in my life put the fucking fear of God in me about how to handle them. And rule #1: don't bring it out unless you're in a situation in which you are for sure willing to use it. Otherwise it stays put away.

Nope.
Pretty amazing that it was video that their boy took that did them in.
You can't chase a dude down with a gun then act surprised and claim self defense when there's a struggle for the gun.
There was an attempt at self defense but it wasn't by the two who are still alive.
Completely agree. Even if the guy were the suspect of property crimes, take his fucking picture, call the cops and follow him in the truck for as long as you can. Lock the doors. This isn't the Hillside Strangler you think you've found. There was no need to engage like that. Fucking judgment-lacking hillbillies.
Now it turns out he was a criminal trying to cause harm. Even if it wasnt justified to shoot him, he probably wouldve gotten shot anyway doing criminal shit soon enough.

How many white on white or black on black murders happened that particular day?

What a shit show.
You have to make people account for their behaviors; we should not even loosely imply that it's for a lack of babysitting.
Ergo, it's all good.
