A Kennedy is not a fan of Gates...

C'mon Sle, these talking points are refuted with just 5 seconds of googling. When you hear something ambiguous, your first reaction shouldn't be "interpret this however I see fit".Sledog said:"if we do a really great job on new vaccines... we could lower [world population] by 10 or15 percent?"
That's a quote from it. How would vaccines lower population? Wouldn't they increase it by preventing death?
Come to your own conclusion.
It's from a TED talk on global warming IIRC.

Has he been questioned on this statement? Could it have been a blunder and what he meant to say was we could lower death by 10-15%?Sledog said:"if we do a really great job on new vaccines... we could lower [world population] by 10 or15 percent?"

No, Gates has very coherently laid out countless times why he thinks vaccines can eventually lead to lower population growth, and why he thinks that's a good thing for the planet and our species. It's embarrassing how paper thin this conspiracy theory is.DuckHHunterisafag said:

I get what you're saying and agree with you but Snopes isn't exactly an unbiased organization. Also, world population is going to fall off the cliff in about 30-40 years but will have nothing to do with Bill Gates.GreenRiverGatorz said:

Regardless of what you think about Snopes, they very clearly articulate Gates's position on it, and there should be no confusion as to why he thinks vaccines and an eventual decline in world population is a good thing.DuckHHunterisafag said:

I simply found the quote just now. Originally I saw the video and it was very clear. Snopes all you want. I'll draw my conclusion you draw yours but since his daddy was a planned parenthood eugenics guy maybe the apple didn't fall far from the tree.GreenRiverGatorz said:

This will be, and is now in some places, a big deal.DuckHHunterisafag said:

I won't lie, even by Sledog standards, your brazen denial of facts that are right in front of you surprises me. And I thought I was done being surprised.Sledog said:

It's 11:30 and the slurping of Bill Gates is still continuing.
