Leach MS ST Dawg Update

He was about to go to Bama and get into coaching. He wasn’t playing over Tua or Hurts. I agree he would have been good at a lot of places, but Leach bailed him out.SECDAWG said:

Leach recruits the QB and lets the assistants do the rest. He's lazy like that.SECDAWG said:I’ll try and keep this updated(I know, NOC but is is Leach)....Leach has a huge talent pool from MS to recruit. ...more than fatgin WA...but the best go play for AL and LA. Hell, the Mr. MS #1 recruit from 2 years ago(I remember him well caus he put the team that put us out in 6A) went to fukn Fl St...Cam Ackers. Look him up. A baller.
Wanna see if Leach can not only recruit “in state”(has competition now with Kiffin) and keep them here, but develop them. We the butt of SEC, deliverance style.
Leach better know that and anxious to see what can do. Be awesome if he can compete. We have our moments. Gone be a fun season but not expecting much. Fk, Mullen was here.
Gesser recruited Falk.
You saw what happened to Hilinsky (too soon?)
Minshew was like Richard Gere crying in An Officer and A Gentleman "I got nowhere else to go".
So, yeah...lazy is pretty accurate.
He was a helluva QB at Brandon, Ms in high school(I know) and could have played at a lot of schools. He just got lucky with Leach. Guess Leach can sniff em out caus Minshew coulda excelled anywhere. -
As I said, he got lucky. But a gem in disguise. As proven fo WSU.RoadDawg55 said:

Arnett is fired up about the opportunity to install his defense at Mississippi State, a place that already has an identity as a tough defensive program.
"Talking to coach Leach and hearing his vision for the program and the way things are run here, the opportunity coach in Starkville and be in the SEC, it was an opportunity I felt I couldn't pass up," he said.

leach will win some games he had no business of winning
-
His ultimate win and “no business winning” is the Gumps next door, and that be great with me too. But it’s not likely, pod. I mean fuck, no one can.

Hilarious how this is now racist.KrunkJuice said: -
I have to admit I don't understand the outrage. I have a feeling that it's because I don't recognize the image or associate it with anything else. Is this a famous image with racist undertones or something?

Blacks in the south are particularly sensitive to this sort of thing and guarantee it won’t set good at all with those on the team or fans. Huge black eye for Leach and definitely not a good look, rather he was unmindful of the circumstance or not. Won’t matter.KrunkJuice said:
Bet MSU AD is shaking his damn head and questioning his decision. -

Still not as bad as the last coach from WSU to go to the Souf. -

Yep. Saw/heard it. Some black players will overlook it and see it as what I’m sure it was meant to be as a funny about husband and wife at home together too much caus of this quarantine/Covid shit but no doubt many of the black players that stay, fans included, already have their mind made up about Leach after that now no matter what he does here on out. Not good.whatshouldicareabout said:

leach aint even gonna have enough time to get his guys in there before he gets shitcanned.

“Yeah, I would say that it may end up being a blip. Now, if we weren’t going through what we were currently going through, I think he would be in trouble,” Finebaum shared on the show. “Because some of the things that were said about him on national programs Friday were downright scary, but I think the audience for national sports right now is so minimized and marginalized, that I suspect that Leach will survive.
“It’s really too bad that this all happened because I mean he was off to a really good start there.”
It is trouble and I don’t know if he can ever recover, Corona or not. A lot of sensitivity to this kind of stuff this way and once a mind is made up with different ethnic groups, there’s no changing it....ever. Not good for MSU and not good for the state. Might as well start over, even tho many get it was a joke. It ain’t to many. -

leach just needs to go bang a stripper (allegedly) and get this shit over with, its not gonna work out for him.

It’s pressing for sure. There was no ill intent behind it.1to392831weretaken said:I have to admit I don't understand the outrage. I have a feeling that it's because I don't recognize the image or associate it with anything else. Is this a famous image with racist undertones or something?
