I said recruiting results for Adams is trending poorly
I said that Adams being our 3rd best position coach isn’t a vote of confidence in him but more of a commentary on the rest of the staff
I don’t give a shit if you disagree with my opinions ... I do give a shit when people say I say things that are not consistent with what I said and/or taken out of context

Adams can recruit. If his WR’s play well, he will recruit even better. If they do poorly, some will be turned off by that. Winning always makes recruiting easier.
We won’t sign more than 1 big time WR this year and it’s not really Adams fault. He still needs to get Franklin or Egbuka. Anything after that is gravy. It happens when you bring in elite guys the year before, especially if you aren’t seen as elite (Bama, Clemson, LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma).

It's really not worth going down this rabbit hole. Trust me
We've offered 5 TEs from Colorado in the last two cycles and have gone 0 for 4 so far (Kole Taylor, Sam Hart, Terrance Ferguson, Erik Olsen). Gunnar Helm is the last one and also the lowest rated.
The fact that we have 18 TE's listed on our roster, 16 of which are walk-on's probably isn't helping.
Huh?
UW lists 8 TE's on the Roster: Westover R-FR, Pelleur R-FR, C. Smith R-FR, M. West FR, Redman FR, Culp SO, Kizer SR, Otton JR.
With over half of those guys with 4+ years of eligibility I doubt that's being spun as a positive by the teams we're recruiting against. This isn't giving a pass to Cato but I think it's a factor.

Walk-ons don't matter, our depth should be a selling point
