Uw is getting a pass for how terrible they have played this evening. Passive would be the nicest way i can say it. Their record will not translate to pac12 schedule as they are playing

PAC 12 will be tough with Oregon and Arizona. Utah has a big win vs Kentucky too.

No one tried to seriously claim Texas Southern as a good win, is the difference.
I didn't say it was a "good win" cum stain, I said that Ball St. is a good opponent who we beat by 20+. They're a decent basketball team expected to finish near the top of their conference.

Oregon almost lost to Texas Southern who was 3-9...

    See the difference? Jesus.
Umm, seems like those two descriptions make the same point cum stain. Or do you mean something else by "good opponent who we beat by 20+"?

No. They're not one in the same. If it was a good good win I would have said as much.

I thought beating them by 20+ was a quality performance... a good win would be eeking one out against Baylor.

I think USC is super talented this year, as well. Just depends if Enfield can get out of the way or not

JFC. As if the phrase, "it was a good win" had a precise meaning. Fuck outta here with your weak ass rationalized point of view.

    I fucking hate Joe Lunardi.

You know he has UW currently in the tournament as a 10 seed and dropping?

But he has Arizona in at a solid 5.

Arizona has lost to the only 2 ranked teams they've played, Baylor and Gonzaga... UW beat Baylor and lost to Gonzaga...

Arizona struggled immensely against 2x mid majors in South Dakota St. and Pepperdine... really should have lost to Pepperdine if it weren't for a major stroke of luck on a loose ball late.

    Seriously, fuck that guy.

Probably true. They’ve mainly beat up on a weak non-conference schedule, but they took down Butler and destroyed Oklahoma (who beat Oregon State). Their Net ranking will drop, but yea, they could be top of Tier 2. I gave the edge to OSU because of Tinkle probably being the best college player in the PAC, but would switch them and USC if I could edit my OP.

It's too early to say, but today feels like a must win for the tourney. At least a pretty big insurance policy.

Unless the offense takes considerable leaps forward and we prove we can break a press against athletic teams, 10-8 might be a stretch in the Pac.

This feels like a real opportunity to grab a second "good" ooc road/neutral win to pair with Baylor and save our ass if we slip to the bubble.

I feel pretty good about this game. I have no idea how we could be at 30% win probability that just seems strange.

    We fuct.

If we come out running and controlling the ball, we'll be fine. But we start every game slow and shit half court offense. It really isn't hard. I truly hope I'm right that Hop is playing that way in preparation for the tournament against weaker competition. And he'll open up the game when he needs to against good competition.

I’d be surprised if UW didn’t win. Houston definitely not as good as they have been the last 2 years. Keep them off the offensive glass (they have a ton of length and love to crash) and UW should be ok

Hameir Wright shooting threes again right after we go up 12. Still can’t believe he ever has the green light to ever shoot smh

Pretty shitty last 6 minutes of the half after jumping out to a 14 point lead. Should be up by more than 5 with the way we shot it

    LongDukDong Member Posts: 1,305
10-1 run and Wright has taken three threes during the it. Now ask yourself why???
  • 2001400ex
    2001400ex Member Posts: 29,457
Yeah was a fun first 15 minutes. Few turnovers. Shooting well. Some fast break points. Then we slowed down and shit the bed.
