Sounds like the little boy has had a history of doing this. There's no reason to suspend him, especially since the girl says she didn't mind. My biggest problem is the mention of charging a 6-year-old boy with sexual harassment. Are you fucking kidding me?

I got detention in 6th grade for kissing a girl. I remember schools having no kissing rules. They said this little brat had disciplinary issues and had broken that rule before. Maybe if his dad was in the picture this wouldn't be a problem.
