One school that hasn't offered, but that has been recruiting him, is Washington.
Merriweather has been on the receiving end of many throws from Sam Huard, a Husky commit, on FSP, and he said Huard is also recruiting him to the Huskies.
"I went up for their mini Junior Day in January and it was fun," said Merriweather. "I liked the atmosphere there. They've been talking potential offer. Playing with Sam in 7v7 helps too because I know him already, I know what I'll be playing with as a quarterback. He just likes to talk about them all the time."
Growing up in Vancouver, Merriweather said he's never favored Oregon over Washington or Washington over Oregon.
"I've always been neutral between Oregon and Washington," said Merriweather.
In fact, the one school he's long favored is Oklahoma.
"My favorite team has always been Oklahoma," said Merriweather. "My sisters go there. It would be hard to pass on an offer from Oklahoma, they've always been a dream school. I've been talking to coach (Dennis) Simmons. I was planning to go out for a visit this spring."

It's a shameful school for several reasons actually.
Winning the conference every year? It’s a shithole like anywhere in Oklahoma, but being a WR at a school that regularly turns out early draft picks after putting up huge numbers and playing for probably the best offensive coach in CFB is not something to take lightly.
There are no football reasons to be a WR and chose UW over Oklahoma.

Insane for Washington to have an instate WR in the top 10 overall rankings and follow that up with a top 100 the next class. How many top 100 WR's have come out of Washington in the past 20 years?
Reggie (obviously), top 5 overall. Kasen was like in the 40s. Egbuka
Probably forgetting someone but I'm struggling to think of any besides those 3. Treshaun wasn't rated as a WR but he wasn't top 100 anyway.
Merriweather will be in rare company if he can maintain that ranking.
