Gonna be special when the self proclaimed patriots on the Tug smear a war hero and purple heart recipient to defend the actions of a draft dodging traitor.
Is there any doubt that you would do the same thing if the party colors were flipped?
Yeah, remember how much the left loved Ollie North and John McCain back in 2008.
Trump prefers his war heros to not have been captured.
Always amusing to me that the only time the progressives like the military is when it is being used for their ends. 364 days of the year the progressives wouldn't piss on Vindman if he was on fire, but today, he's a hero.
Pretty broad brush, depending on who you are characterizing as “progressive”. Who specifically are you accusing of this hypocrisy?

90% of progressives has been my personal experience.

Agreed. Trump was a rich kid who took advantage of the many, many loopholes available to the rich and connected to avoid serving in Vietnam.
Would that be like the Rick lefties that call for higher taxes but don't party their "fair share" unless forced by law?
We do have to remember Trump is really a Democrat and was when he dodged the draft just like all the rest of them and Obama's fake draft registration.

After Vietnam the left had open contempt for the military until after Gulf War I in the early 1990s. That contempt cost them politically and after Gulf War I they jumped on board as BIG supporters of the military. Of course they were lying but they learned that the American public didn't support their hate toward the military.

Yes, but who specifically are you referring to? Any members of the Committee? Particular poasters? Press?
It wasn't so much the Clinton campaign, per se, but a Democratic operative working with the Democratic National Committee did reach out to the Ukrainian government in an attempt to get damaging information about the Trump campaign.
That operative's name is Alexandra Chalupa, a Ukrainian-American former Clinton White House aide who was tasked with ethnic outreach on behalf of the Democratic Party. As Vogel reported, she knew about Paul Manafort's extensive connections to the pro-Russian regime of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, and decided to dig deeper into possible connections between Moscow and the Trump campaign. As part of that effort, she discussed Manafort with the high-ranking officials at the Ukrainian embassy in Washington, D.C.

Btw, Chalupa is another one of the witnesses Schiff is refusing to call or depose.

Ukraine’s role in the 2016 race is undeniable: In the summer of 2016, Kiev’s release of the so-called “black ledger” resulted in Manafort’s ouster from the Trump campaign. The actions of foreign actors—however well-intentioned—directly impacted an American election.
One would imagine Washington media and lawmakers—who spent three years combing through every aspect of Moscow’s interference in our election—might direct similar attention to Kiev’s impact. Yet the Ukrainian angle barely made headlines.
If we want to get serious about safeguarding our electoral process from all foreign actors, not just Moscow-based ones, it’s time to examine Ukraine as well.
On August 14, 2016, The New York Times published a bombshell about what would become known as the “black ledger”—a handwritten document alleging millions of off-the-books payments to Manafort by the Party of Regions, led by his former client Viktor Yanukovych, the ousted pro-Russian president of Ukraine. The Times received the ledger from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), an independent government agency.

I'd never support or defend a piece of shit like Trump, regardless of party. What you Trumptards don't understand is the reason we hate Trump isn't for partisan reasons, it's cause he's an incompetent unhinged dumbfuck who has no business running a Subway let alone the the most powerful country on the planet. Someday you'll all realize this and then deny you ever supported him in the first place. I'll have to take a lot of screenshots before he's out of office.

Lol yeah, I'm sure you hated him this much when he was a donor for the Clintons.
Further lol that you think anyone who doesn't engage in the same obsession, vitriol, and partisanship that you do is a "Trumptard".
It's like the anti-cult of personality with progressives.

Take it up with Politico and the NYTimes.
