It doesn't look like the impeachment hearings are turning public opinion. Dangerous waters for the dems to impeach anyway...

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove.

The latest figures include 37% who Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing and 42% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -5. (see trends).

The president’s overall approval has been tracking up since Wednesday, the first day of the House impeachment hearings. It was at 46% on Wednesday morning, then rose to 48% yesterday and is now at 50%. Two of the three nights in today’s survey follow the highly-publicized hearings.

I listened to a Steve Bannon interview last week where he said they talked to her about a foreign affairs possion in the administration right after the election. He couldn't say enough good things about her.

Meh. People know they are doing better financially right now. Most people who vote have retirement money in the stock market. Most have their healthcare through work and don’t want Medicaid for all. Go out right now and you would see restaurants, movie theaters, stores all packed. Go on vacation to Europe and it’s packed with Americans. People are generally pretty happy with their circumstances right now and will put up with trump being a jackass. Most people even if they don’t like him, don’t have an emotional meltdown like the HondoBros and the Media does. Most people just want to be left alone, go to work and take care of their business.
