Favorite Soup Du Jour?

Campbell's Cream of Tomato soup made with cow's milk and a side of Saltine crackers crushed up into the soup was a winter staple as a kid. Still my favorite although I always order the clam chowder when dining out

And now I make the tomato with Almond milk of course

Garbanzo beans (hummus) and peanuts (peanut butter) are vastly superior legumes.
