At this point we don't have enough information to determine if we are there. One potential issue is threatening a country to withhold aid if they don't investigate his political opponent. The other side being whether he is covering up his actions and lying. I have no idea if either is true, that's the point of the hearings, you get people under oath and get them to talk. Then eventually you get Trump under oath. I'll say this, Granted Hillary wasn't president at the time and the bar to get a president under oath is higher, but there's a lot more smoke under Trump than the was under Hillary when she was put under oath in connection with Benghazi.

One potential issue is threatening a country to withhold aid if they don't investigate his political opponent. The other side being whether he is covering up his actions and lying. I have no idea if either is true, that's the point of the hearings, you get people under oath and get them to talk. Then eventually you get Trump under oath. I'll say this, Granted Hillary wasn't president at the time and the bar to get a president under oath is higher, but there's a lot more smoke under Trump than the was under Hillary when she was put under oath in connection with Benghazi.
