"Let’s see: Russia has invaded the Ukraine, Ukraine is dependent upon the United States for military assistance to defend itself, Trump is withholding the aid, at the same time asking them for dirt on his political opponent,” DeFazio said. “He’s jeopardizing the national security interests of the United States. If anybody is committing treason — and I believe that’s an impeachable offense — it’s the president of the United States, Donald Trump.”

Rep. Peter A. DeFazio (D-Ore.), speaking on the House floor Friday morning, accused Trump of “treason.”

    No it's not. Russia invaded the Ukraine in 2014 and most Rats didn't give a shit. Obama had to be pushed to provided any military assistance to Ukraine and he refused to provide any lethal military aid. It was Obama who overturned 50 years of bi-partisan US foreign policy to keep the Russians out of the Middle East when he invited Putin into Syria.

    Trump is the one who extended lethal military aid to the Ukraine not Obama. The problem is that the Ukraine is corrupt as fuck and you've had members of their military selling some of the military aid we've been giving them to the Russians. Why shouldn't we make sure the new President isn't corrupt before we continue to give them military aid?

    Ukraine was part of the USSR for decades without a fuck all to US ‘security’.

    Get back to me when Ukraine breaks off from the Asian continent, floats through a couple seas and makes it way across the Atlantic and starts sending masses of illegals across the border in North Carolina.

    It’s about time the US starts expecting a little something for the effort besides total consciousness (which is nice) when sending big bucks to other countries.

    No, it's about refuting the fucking lie that the Rats gave a shit about Russia's invasion of the Ukraine and jeopardizing US national security interests. Obama and the Rats certainly didn't view and act like the invasion of the Ukraine was a threat to our national security interest when it happened.
