I was drunk yesterday. I meant an S Corp election. Anyone with half a brain can spot the obvious error. The election where you pay self employment on your wage but not the distributions. HTH

Classic Hondo passive aggressive Kunt act. He had his head up his ass but it's not his fault because anyone with "half a brain" should have spotted his obvious error.

You set some sort of head up the ass record yesterday Hondo and for you that's saying something.

    You don't read well.

The whole point is. You can make a S Corp election. Pay yourself a wage, have the S Corp essentially pay the self employment taxes (and it's fully deductible rather than just half). Then everything over that is distributions and not subject to SE tax. Now STFU.

I have an S Corp. There is no such thing as “self employment tax”. Dipshit.

LLCs and sole proprietorships pay self employment taxes. S corps pay normal FICA and Medicare withholdings that are then reported on their W2, like anyone else with a W2 job.

    Fucking moron.

The wealth division between the rich and middle class is a stupid argument, mainly because it ignores the fact that the middle class in this country have a much better quality of life than most middle class people around the world. Why can’t the rich be rich?

Because lazy, unsuccessful, moronic, leftists hate success. It's envy and it's heavily promoted by the democratic party which is run by uber wealthy people. The losers wish to punish the successful and live off of the their sweat and toil. One of the seven deadly sins.

We see it here every day.
It's refreshing to see a loser who doesn't want anything. Bravo, Mall Cop!
Maybe I'll sign up for food stamps and welfare. That will make you look at me as successful.
I'm sorry to learn of your eligibility.
Who needs to be eligible? I see food stampers driving BMW's, Mercedes, Escalades you name it. The ghetto's have a lot of nice cars that cost more than mine. Billions in fraud every year.
    You're not a crackpot, obviously.
Been to the ghetto's much? Obviously you're a know nothing blow hard. I have. Surveilled, followed and arrested 'em. Let's meet up in in L.A. I'll drop you in one so you can see for yourself. Don't worry they're all harmless.

Drove through North St. Louis a few weeks ago. I don’t think the cars, or anything else was all that nice.

I saw a Hispanic looking guy driving an Escalade today though. I didn’t stop to ask him if he’s on welfare. He probably is though, cuz he was definitely sitting there all not white and stuff.
My how woke you are. Impressive.

    Take a bow, Cuck.

    I love the qualifier "essentially."

All the proof one needs that Hondo actually doesn't know shit. Again.

"essentially" and "technically" are Hondo's get out of jail free card words. When he uses them in a sentence everything else that either proceeded it or follows it can be total bullshit and Hondo will claim it's not a lie because he wasn't stating it directly.

Jesus, you’re an idiot. They aren’t called self employment taxes in a S Corp. A shareholder/officer in an S Corp may not be self employed at all. Fuck face

You talked our of your ass about c corps. Googled some shit and claimed to be drunk. Then your google search gave you incorrect terms. What an idiot.

Family business was an S corp. "Dumb as a box of Hondo's" is the new term. Add in chicken shit too.

No shit they aren't called self employment taxes in an S corp. They are in an LLC and you can make an S Corp election. So businesses that do that, still refer to it as SE tax because that's what you are minimizing.

You can play the word semantics all day. Doesn't make you right.
