Family business was an S corp. "Dumb as a box of Hondo's" is the new term. Add in chicken shit too.MikeDamone said:
Jesus, you’re an idiot. They aren’t called self employment taxes in a S Corp. A shareholder/officer in an S Corp may not be self employed at all. Fuck face2001400ex said:
What do you think self employment taxes are? SS and Medicare. Keep talking shitdick.MikeDamone said:
I have an S Corp. There is no such thing as “self employment tax”. Dipshit.2001400ex said:

Classic Hondo passive aggressive Kunt act. He had his head up his ass but it's not his fault because anyone with "half a brain" should have spotted his obvious error.2001400ex said:I was drunk yesterday. I meant an S Corp election. Anyone with half a brain can spot the obvious error. The election where you pay self employment on your wage but not the distributions. HTH
You set some sort of head up the ass record yesterday Hondo and for you that's saying something.
The whole point is. You can make a S Corp election. Pay yourself a wage, have the S Corp essentially pay the self employment taxes (and it's fully deductible rather than just half). Then everything over that is distributions and not subject to SE tax. Now STFU.
LLCs and sole proprietorships pay self employment taxes. S corps pay normal FICA and Medicare withholdings that are then reported on their W2, like anyone else with a W2 job.
Fucking moron.
You talked our of your ass about c corps. Googled some shit and claimed to be drunk. Then your google search gave you incorrect terms. What an idiot. -
Hondo's another poaster on the brink of becoming a dependency case. There's a few on these boreds.MikeDamone said:

No shit they aren't called self employment taxes in an S corp. They are in an LLC and you can make an S Corp election. So businesses that do that, still refer to it as SE tax because that's what you are minimizing.MikeDamone said:
