...and I'm ringing up a customer and one of my managers yells, with authority "The Knowledge!". My first thought was 'what?' as I swung my head up to meet her eyes. My second thought was, 'I'm caught, oh fuck! Who knows, how? Am I going to get fired?'. It wasn't about me. Pretty sure if it was I'd be fired. IKCSB
