Is he better than Sam Adams? Didn't think so.

Way to try to pivot tho.

It's too late. Nobody cares if Oregon manages to beat Mississippi State and Louisville for a RB. He ain't better than Sam Adams who has a Top-6 for UW, Ohio State, Bama, Florida, Texas A&M, and Penn State. Our RB recruiting is better than yours too.

He is 16 and no where done growing. His ceiling is very high. Likewise, Oregon uses a totally different technique. Benson is a good match for it.

Sam Adams doesn’t have a committable offer to Bama, Ohio State or A&M. The ministry of propaganda strikes again.

LaMichael James was a crumby Oregon 3 star. It seems like Huskies are still chasing him as he glides into the end zone. Benson’s composite is higher than Mariota’s. Does that foretell Benson will be better than Marcus. Your FB IQ is pretty pathetic.

A&M is definitely commitable now, they struck out on all their top targets

He's a Texas A&M legacy. They would have never offered if they didn't want him. He has an official visit scheduled to Ohio State for the end of the month. They would take him as a second RB. Took an unofficial to Bama this past Spring. They want him as a safety.

Well that's good for him. I'm sure Oregon is hoping to get him committed before better schools start offering him or recruiting him harder. How fast quooks go to bragging about their top-10 class to hyping up 3-star recruits they haven't even gotten a verbal commitment from. The irony is real.

You’re unbelievable. Sam Adams is a good rb. That’s not the point. There is a shit ton of top shelf RBs out there.

Also, it’s not like Cristobal will back down from recruiting a player. Benson has been the #1 target (outside of Milton) since before spring.

All of this to show that Oregon isn’t just after stars. It wasn’t to say Oregon is recruiting better RBs than UW.

And once again you're missing the point. Oregon never had a chance of bringing in a 4 or 5 star RB this class. They never had a chance with Milton or anybody else. There wasn't even an overrated 4-star west coast RB for them to scoop up. 3-star guys are the best they can do this class. If there was an overrated 4-star guy out there that they could easily get, they would have gotten him already. But there's not. Recruiting Benson is not at all proving they aren't star chasers. They definitely are star chasers and are FAILING at chasing stars.

Both have higher targets they’re waiting on. Most schools operate like this. Milton is trending OSU. A&M thinks they can flip someone committed.

Again, Tirek Murphy would commit to Oregon now that ND is full.

CJ Verdell just another crumby Oregon 3 star.

Are there grade concerns with Benson? Because the schools recruiting him are all the schools who typically DGAF about grades.

His tape and numbers definitely look better than his commitable offers

No. There are no grade issues. He seems like a kid that has it together.

Oregon already has a great group of running backs. Verdell rushed for over 1k yds. and Dye rushed for 700. Also we have CHL, Darrian Felix who was redshirted because of injuries, Athlete Treveon Wilson and Sean Dollars from Mater Dei coming in as a Freshman.
