“Be ready to always improve”.......? That means he’s an improvement over Jimmy? Look getting GA would be a huge positive for us if Jimmy left. Period. You can form whatever you want in your head about what you think I mean but Jimmy is gonna leave at some point and we’ll be lucky to get GA if we can with his NFL experience and familiarity with LA.

Taking a demotion to keep Lake is a level of noble selflessness only a couple of coaches in the country would do, and the other ones aren't remotely as talented
